Our Mental Health Treatment Services

We offer a huge range of intensive outpatient programs* for you to choose from, starting with a psychiatric evaluation. During this evaluation we’ll assess your needs, take in your goals and preferences, and use that information to create a personalized intensive outpatient program for you and you only.

We will create your very own intensive outpatient program* from these treatment options:

Individual Therapy
We offer individual therapy for all of our patients. You’ll work with behavioral experts, psychiatrists, or psychotherapists on a one-on-one basis.
We also offer group therapy to help you connect to your peers and heal as a community. You’ll be asked to share your experiences with others in the group, and also participate in group activities. The goal is to find others who understand, and who you can trust.
We offer talking therapies as part of our intensive outpatient treatment to give you space to work through your trauma, fears, and stresses in a healthy, safe way.
We work with young adults, adults, and even children. If you want to work through issues with your family, then get in touch.

Solution-focused therapy is a great option for any student with anxiety disorders, as it helps you stay grounded in the present and focused on what you can control in the future.

Acceptance and Commitment (ACT) Therapy
ACT helps you embrace and accept life’s challenges, understand them, and work towards overcoming them in a healthy way.
MBCT combines multiple mindful practices and cognitive strategies together to help stop negative thought cycles and build up emotional resilience to stressors.

Many of our patients feel like their emotions are all-consuming. If you feel this way, DBT can help you manage those intense emotions.

CBT is a classic wellness approach that helps you stop negative thought cycles, disrupting them. It’s a very popular treatment option amongst students dealing with stress and burnout.
EMDR can help those dealing with PTSD or cPTSD, as it works to help you reprocess the traumatic event in a safe environment, so the memories and flashbacks don’t have such a strong hold on you. Think of it like crisis stabilization.
