Steps from the Green Line
Intensive Outpatient Program* for Women in Boston
Everyone needs mental health support at one point in their life or another. Some may get lucky and only need the support of their friends and family to help them get through the tough times. If holistic and self-care aren’t enough, however, then rest easy knowing that your mental health concerns can be addressed in a safe, luxury facility led by compassionate, licensed therapists, psychiatrists, and counselors.
We are here to help women who are struggling with any aspect of their lives. You may be a student who is suddenly unable to cope with the demands of your coursework and deadlines and even just unable to focus on what you need to do when you didn’t struggle previously.
At our facility, we can help you reach your treatment goals with a combination of therapies. We’ll help you understand your emotions and behaviors, gain practical life skills, and connect you to group therapy so that you can continue to benefit from ongoing sessions.
As an intensive outpatient program (IOP*), we can offer you the help and support you need as often as needed. This support could be multiple times per week or even once daily if you are fresh out of a partial hospitalization program or inpatient treatment.
We personalize every treatment plan with you and your mental health in mind. This way, you can make real strides towards your goals while committing to your regular routine. You can attend school, work, or handle any other type of responsibility while getting our comprehensive care treatment and support.
What is an Intensive Outpatient Program* for Women
A woman’s intensive outpatient program* is a gender-specific program designed to help you thrive in your educational, professional, or everyday life.
Our IOP* program for women can help you with any type of recovery. We can help you learn how to manage your disorders build the skills to handle ADHD symptoms in educational or professional environments, and are also here if you have experienced trauma.
Intensive outpatient programs simply mean you have ongoing access to care at a frequency that suits your specific needs. You still live at home or on campus while attending therapy. You can still work, get an education, care for your kids, see your friends, and everything else.
With an intensive outpatient program (IOP*), you can address your mental health concerns with multiple therapy options and experts on your own time.
Who Qualifies for Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP*) Treatment?
Our IOP* program consists of psychiatric care, psychological counseling, holistic treatments, and group therapy. Thanks to this robust range of treatments, we can help almost any woman with their mental health, either as a first or second resort.
Technically, anyone can qualify for our services. To help make sure that we can offer the treatment that you need, however, we always conduct an evaluation assessment at the start. This evaluation will help us understand you, your needs, and, yes, even your preferences.
For example, you may have symptoms of ADHD and are struggling in university but don’t want medication to help with your condition. We consider all that and work on building a program that helps you address your ADHD and build the skills to thrive. We can also connect you to community resources that help support you at school, university, or work.
We must evaluate what treatments would work best for you, if medication is a good fit, and how to best help you individually.
